
Also known as 'The Quo' of simple 'Quo' the band is synonymous with their own unique style of 'boogie rock' and 'shadow step' guitar riffs. Status Quo was founded in the early 1960s by Francis Rossi and Alan Lancaster but the current line-up is Rossi, Rick Parfitt, Andy Brown, John Edwards and Matt Letley. Rossi and Parfitt recently received OBE's in the New Year's Honours 2010. Quo have released 28 studio albums, 3 live albums, 6 compilations and 77 singles.
