Availability: Seven days a week throughout the year, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Weather: The venue calls by 8am the morning of the experience to confirm go ahead. However if travelling long distance, please call them the evening before to avoid any disappointment. Duration: Lasts approximately three hours. Numbers On Day: A maximum of 10 people take part. Spectators: Spectating guests are welcome for a fee of £15 per person which is payable direct (by cash or cheque only) on the day. Dress Code: Dress for the outdoors and wear wellies or walking boots. Feel free to bring along a camera and/or a pair of binoculars. Under guidance from an expert handler meet and handle a variety of owls, including a sunda scops owl and a European eagle owl. The handler talks enthusiastically to the group about the quirks of each bird - so expect to learn something about the hunting behaviour, habits and natural habitats of different owl species.
