Availability: Mostly weekend dates around ten times per year (excluding February and August). Weather: The course may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice or severe rain). Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Lasts for three and a half hours including a refreshment break. Numbers On Day: A maximum of nine other participants share the experience. Spectators: Unsuitable for spectators. Dress Code: Much of the experience will take place outdoors, so please dress appropriately and wear suitable flat, comfortable footwear. Waterproof coat and trousers are also recommended in wet weather. Guidelines: Turn into the layby at the top of the hill on the A428 backed by a small wood. Look for the orange pole at one end. Drive down the track past the water tower through the first gate (if gate is closed, please ensure it is closed behind you) then turn right on to the hardtop parking area to be met. Do not drive up the track to the farmhouse. Restrictions: Minimum age 16. Other Info: The course trainers are hand-picked working photographers who share a passion for photography. Please note, participants must bring (and be able to comfortably carry) their own cameras and equipment.

After tea and coffee with an experienced guide who provides an insightful introduction to a resident pack of socialised wolves, all budding safari photographers are taken to the wolf enclosure. By using small pieces of food, a trained handler encourages the four wolves to get into the best possible positions whilst a guide provides practical photographic tuition (offering tips on the best angles and techniques) to ensure everyone gets the most from the session. Leave with a host of interesting wolf based knowledge as well as a selection of snaps to cherish forever.
