The cookery school offer an intimate dining and learning experience, where guests gain insider tips and tricks of the trade from specialist and professional chefs, in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. The ingredients used are fresh, local and delicious, the tuition is professional and the completed dishes, sublime. Start with a discussion on the menu before cooking and end with a sit down to sample all the delights produced on the day.
