Availability: The bus services operate seven days a week throughout the year, excluding only Christmas Day. Weather: The weather does not affect this experience. The buses all have covered downstairs areas. Duration: Your tickets are valid for 24 hours. Buses start at 8.30am and finish at 6pm between April and September, or 4.30pm the remainder of the year. Numbers On Day: There will be a maximum of 66 passengers aboard the bus. Tours are busiest during summer weekends. Spectators: Dress Code: Guidelines: You can show your booking confirmation letter and collect tickets at any Big Bus stop. Alternatively, take your letter to the Big Bus Company Information Centre opposite Victoria underground and mainline rail station to collect the tickets. Restrictions: Children under five can go free. Wheelchair access is available on the majority of buses, please check the frequency of such buses on the day. Other Info: You MUST bring your booking letter on the day, which will be exchanged for your bus ticket.

Three guided tours are included in the package, one of which is The Royal London Walk which goes from St James' Palace to Buckingham Palace and witnesses the changing of the guard.
