Shakespeares Globe Houses
Throughout the year a fascinating guided tour of the Globe Theatre is included in your visit to Shakespeare's Globe Exhibition.
Founded by the pioneering American actor and director Sam Wanamaker, Shakespeare's Globe is a unique international resource dedicated to the exploration of Shakespeare's work and the playhouse for which he wrote, through the connected means of performance and education.
Together, the Globe Theatre Company, Shakespeare's Globe Exhibition and Globe Education seek to further the experience and international understanding of Shakespeare in performance.
Based under the Globe, our engaging and informative Exhibition explores the life of Shakespeare, the London where he lived, and the theatre for which he wrote. A fascinating guided tour inside the theatre reveals the story of its reconstruction and gives an exciting insight into the working life of the Globe.
Tickets include a 30-40 minute guided tour of the theatre, plus an all-day ticket to the Exhibition.
Groups of 15 or more are advised to book in advance to guarantee admission.
