Situated amidst magnificent park and woodland, Callendar House tells stories spanning 600 years of Scottish history. Through wars, rebellions and the industrial revolution, the house has played host to many great historical figures over the centuries, including Mary, Queen of Scots, Cromwell and Bonnie Prince Charlie. Step back in time with our costumed interpreters, see fascinating items from Falkirk Museum's vast collection, or enjoy one of the exciting temporary exhibitions.

Admission to Callendar House is free, and there is free parking for cars and coaches.

A visit to the house takes around 2 hours, and visitors are encouraged to visit our gift shop and the Teashop at the Stables.
