This is the only museum devoted to the terracotta warriors - now regarded as the 8th Wonder of the Ancient World - outside of China. The terracotta warriors created worldwide fascination when 6000 of them were discovered in a pit in 1974 guarding the First Emperor of China's tomb.
The terracotta warriors are unique being life-size and individually modelled in clay to astounding detail. See a unique selection of museum replicas of the terracotta warriors from China, plus reconstructions of costumes and armour and multimedia presentations.
