O2 Priority Tickets

Priority is a brand new ticketing service for customers of O2 for concerts and gigs at the O2 and O2 Academy venues across Britain.

It allows priority users to get tickets for events, gigs and concerts, as well as head-up on competitions before they're announced to the general public.

You've probably seen the multi-million pound campaign on TV to launch the Priority Ticketing service for O2 customers - Johnny Borrell (Razorlight), Pixie Lott, Tom Jones and Tinchy Stryder have all featured on the TV advert over the past few days to advertise the benefits for O2 customers.

Event-goers that register on the O2 Blueroom website can get priority tickets for… (continue below)

concerts and gigs up to 48 hours before general release, so you don't have to worry about missing out on sold-out events.

The O2 Priority Ticketing service applies to O2 venues:

The O2 Arena

O2 Academy Birmingham

O2 Academy Bristol

O2 Academy Bournemouth

O2 Academy Brixton

O2 Academy Glasgow

O2 Academy Islington

O2 Academy Leeds

O2 Academy Liverpool

O2 Academy Newcastle

O2 Academy Oxford

O2 Academy Sheffield

Sally Cowdry, O2's Marketing Director said Our customers are our priority and we look to offer experiences that are unique and truly valued. Priority Ticketing is key to this strategy. We know how much our customers value the opportunity to get tickets for their favourite acts before anyone else and because of this its an important driver for brand preference. This campaign aims to not only increase uptake amongst our existing customers, but also raise awareness with potential new customers.

Membership of the O2 Priority List is available to customers on O2 UK Pay Monthly contract (existing and new customers).

As well as Priority Tickets for concerts at the O2 Academy/Blueroom venues up to 48 hours in advance of general release, customers registered for the Priority service can get additional perks such as priority queue jumping for fast-track entry into arenas, the chance to relax in the O2 Chill before the gig, grab a drink in the Blueroom bar / O2 Lounge, and so much more.

Keep abreast of the O2 Priority Service on Twitter at http://twitter.com/O2priority, or the O2 Priority website.
