Forerunners in the techniques of Natural Horsemanship

Pat and Linda Parelli are the forerunners in the techniques of Natural Horsemanship, proving that the way to successful relationships with horses is not through force or coercion, but through trust, understanding and mutual respect.

They use a holistic and individualised approach when working with horses, always considering situations from the horse's point of view. Their techniques focus on 'Love, Language and Leadership' as a means of creating a harmonious bond between human and equine.

Parelli Celebration 2009

The Parelli Celebration 2009 was a two-day extravaganza held at Birmingham's LG Arena, hosted by Pat and Linda Parelli. Over the course of the weekend, the couple shared their vast knowledge of Natural Horsemanship with an audience of followers of the revolutionary Parelli technique.

A fascinating insight into 'Horsenality'�

The focus of the weekend was on education. Pat captivated his audience with a multitude of entertaining anecdotes and stories, while he subtly demonstrated the 'tools' and approach needed to gain the trust of a highly-strung young racehorse named "Tippy".

A demonstration with paralympic gold and silver medal winner Lauren Berwick illustrated further just what can be achieved using the magic of Parelli.

The Parelli Horsenality�

Linda Parelli gave us a fascinating insight into 'Horsenality'�, explaining clearly the difference between an introvert and extrovert horse. Her demonstrations put theory into practice, leaving the audience fully equipped to classify their own horses and in turn, use Linda's 'tools' to work successfully with each 'Horsenality'� type.

Magnificent spectacle of beauty, harmony & respect

The evidence of Linda's success with natural horsemanship was fully realised when a spellbound audience got a chance to watch her lesson with top dressage mentor Walter Zettl. The grace, beauty and partnership between horse and rider was truly inspirational.

Each day of the weekend culminated in true celebratory fashion. The audience were mesmerised as Parelli students showcased the results of a year's hard work.
