The Bell Hotel is less than 10 minutes' walk from Charlbury Rail Station, where trains reach Oxford in 20 minutes. There are also direct trains to London Paddington. The Bell is also 7 miles from Woodstock, which was the birthplace of Winston Churchill and is home to Blenheim Palace.
