Festival fun at Hay on Wye NEWS
This summer sees the return of the massively popular Hay on Wye literary festival, a celebration of all things literary.
May and June spark a whole new excitement into the Brecon Beacons as the best literary minds converge in the small welsh market town of Hay-on-Wye for the annual literary festival.
Taking place between May 26th -June 5th, the festival is a cacophony of arts with not only some of the world's best authors but performers from the world of stage and screen combining with those from wider entertainment.
The festival is a celebration of stand-up comedy, of science and philosophy, of politics and live music to boot. Set in the idyllic welsh river-side spot it really is the place to revel in one's favourite past times or discover a brand new one!
This years' contributors include the following; Ralph Feinnes, Maureen Lipman, Vanessa Redgrave, Chris Evans, Kevin McCloud, Nigella Lawson, Jon Snow and many world renowned authors.
