Former Glamour model Jodie Marsh participated in the NPA Mike Williams Classic and Pro-Am Body Building Championship in Sheffield last Saturday, winning a respectable fifth place.

Her new muscular physique looks amazing, but Jodie reckons, because of all the training and dieting she has had to do over the last few months, her breast implants now look ridiculous, The Sun reported.

She told the paper: 'My breasts used to look big yet natural - but since training I've become so lean they now really stick out. At the Championships last weekend, my boobs counted against me. They hung down so low I had to hold them up so the judges could see my abs properly.'

She added, 'My next job is definitely to get smaller implants fitted.'

The Essex model, who now trains for up to eight hours a day, seven days a week, says that she has never been happier with her toned figure.

'I used to hate my body, but now it takes me no time to get ready for a night out as I know I'll look my best in every outfit I try on. I truly love my body and feel great.'

Once famous for her womanly curves Jodie now looks completely unrecognisable, her gruelling routine saw the body-builder drop from a size 10 to a very trim size 6.

The 33-year-old explained how she achieved these incredible results: 'In just 50 days I have gone from 25 per cent body fat to 10 per cent body fat, gained 8 pounds of muscle, and lost 20 pounds of fat. In 8 weeks I have achieved what normally takes 6 to 9 months.'

Jodie has see her body change dramatically, and now loves her new muscles, she revealed that she had started training last year with a personal trainer, saying 'I started training with a personal trainer called Tim Sharp last December in my local gym, I just wanted to tone up, but within two weeks I had definition in my stomach.'

Jodie's personal trainer Tim Sharp, who is also a bodybuilder, has a website that can help you to achieve a six-pack 'in weeks NOT months or years!'

It has certainly worked for Jodie Marsh and a programme to be shown on DMAX in January 2012, will follow the former model's journey as she shows how she has achieved her amazing results with her personal trainer at hand.

Watch Jodie talk about her experience on This Morning.
