Love Island Thrill Seekers Kem & Amber To Deliver the Ultimate Head Rush With the launch of the Big One Beauty Bar at Blackpool Pleasure Beach

Blackpool Pleasure Beach is to launch its very own pop up hair salon following feedback from adrenalin enthusiasts who dont want to compromise their style whilst enjoying the ultimate head rush.

The Big One Beauty Bar, in association with leading haircare brand Remington, will be unveiled on 30 August by ultimate Love Island thrill seekers, Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies. The winning love birds will take their relationship to dizzying new heights on the Big One rollercoaster, before getting their windswept locks tamed at the Pleasure Beach pop up salon by expert stylists using Remingtons new Air Plates hair straightener.

The pop up will be in a prime spot ready to pamper riders disembarking the world-famous rollercoaster ride, after travelling at speeds of up to 85mph around the mile-long track. As those who have experienced the ride know, the thrill can leave tresses in a tangle.

Coming to the rescue of stylish adventure enthusiasts, the Big One Beauty Bar will offer a choice of four complimentary styles from two of Remingtons expert stylists, including The Big One Blow Dry, Infusion Curls, Big Dipper Quiff and Revolution Air Wave, ensuring park visitors look their best from day through to night.

Speaking on the launch of the Big One Beauty Bar, Blackpool Pleasure Beach Managing Director Amanda Thompson OBE, said: Beauty bars have popped up all over the place in recent years and we felt it was about time to bring one to an amusement park.

With world-famous rides and rollercoasters and a comprehensive programme of events to choose from, most of our visitors spend a full day at the Pleasure Beach. We want to make sure they really make the most of their time here, having uninhibited fun, but still leaving the park looking a million dollars.

North-Wales born Amber Davies comments; Im a big fan of rollercoasters but the affect they have on my hair is not so good. The arrival of the Big One Beauty Bar means visitors can truly enjoy the thrills and spills Blackpool Pleasure Beach has to offer, while still looking their best.

Kem adds, As a professional hairdresser, I understand the stresses of messy hair and its definitely difficult to overcome after a full day at an amusement park. This is a great solution for thrill seekers who want to look good whilst enjoying themselves at Blackpool Pleasure Beach.

The Big One Beauty Bar will be located at the end of The Big One, providing the perfect spot to pamper riders as they disembark, from 30 August 1 September.
