The historical backdrop is the prelude to the signing of the Magna Carta, and the turbulent power struggle between the King and nobility. Set within a historical tented encampment, Raven Tor Living History Group will recreate the crafts, weapons training, and battle tactics of the period. With the Yarnsmith of Norwich Story Teller, falconry, archery and combat demonstrations, the weekend will be filled with the sights, sounds and smells of the late Norman Period

From the heart-rending sighs of the Lacrymosa to the glorious closure of the Agnus Dei, Mozarts Requiem is a feast for the emotions. His final work, commissioned just a few weeks before his death and completed by his pupil Sussmeyer, the Requiem remains a choral favourite.
