Castle Siege | 23 - 25 May 2015 at Arundel Castle, Arundel - It is 1475 and Edward IV is King of England. Once again tensions have arisen between England and France. Seeing an opportunity a French force has crossed the channel, seized the Kings Ordinance (artillery) and surrounded the castle at Arundel. The French intend to hold the Earl of Arundel's fortress, allowing a stronger invasion force to cross from France and sail up the River Arun, into the heart of Sussex

Pint of Science Oxford | 18 - 20 May 2015 at St. Aldates Tavern (plus other venues), Oxford - Oxford University academics bring their latest research to local pubs as part of Pint of Science, the world's largest festival of public science lectures. Oxford University scientists will take to the stage in pubs across the city as part of a unique line up of science talks, demonstrations and live experiments running across three days in May. Pint of Science aims to create a more personal relationship between scientists and the public and give the public a chance to pick the brains of some of UK's most brilliant academics away from a stuffy laboratory or lecture theatre. Rather than a formal lecture, a Pint of Science evening aims to create a debate, inviting the audience to ask questions and encouraging the scientists to sit down and share a beer together afterwards

Django Django | Today at Waterfront, Norwich - Named after jazz legend Django Reinhart, you will have a harder time putting Django Django into any type of music category. A psychedelic British quartet formed in 2009 consisting of David Maclean, Vincent Neff, Jimmy Dixon and Tommy Grace, Django Django is like everything you've heard before and like nothing you've ever heard before. They've been described as electro, indie, experimental, synth-pop, independent and art-rock, which is fitting considering the quartet met in art school. Citing influences as wide ranging as their sound, Maclean listened to everything from Jimi Hendrix and Pink Floyd to such indie greats as Black Lace and Humble Bums

LeeStock 2015 | 23 - 24 May 2015 at Melford Hall Parks, Long Melford Sudbury - LeeStock is a Music Festival held in the grounds of one of The National Trust's stately homes, Melford Hall. Held over 23rd and 24th May in the lovely Suffolk countryside, the event this year sees Scouting for Girls headline. This is the 8th year of fundraising music festival held in memory of Lee Dunford who sadly passed away in 2006. All profits raised are donated to The Willow Foundation

The Cribs | 23 May 2015 at The Waterfront, Norwich - British indie hard rock trio "The Cribs" will be performing six dates across the country this spring, in support of their fifth studio album. The band are currently hard at work mastering their fifth, but as of yet untitled, follow-up to the 2009 release "Ignore the Ignorant". The album is the first to be released by "The Cribs", since the departure of Johnny Marr, the legendary guitarist of "The Smiths". Marr joined the band as an official member in 2008 and remained so up until 2011, when his departure was announced by the band on their official website

The Motorcycle Rally | 24 May 2015 at Old Buckenham Airfield, Old Buckenham - Thanks to the success of 2013, the Motorcycle Rally has a permanent spot on the calendar.
