DJ Bobo is a Jack of all trades in the dance music scene and entertains and delights audiences with his high energy style. He hails form Switzerland with a Swiss mother and Italian father, and he produces, writes, sings and performs his music as a dancer, as well. His electronic dance songs combine rap with repetitive choruses, often performed by female singers. He's most popular in Germany and Switzerland and any fans who attend his show can expect to be asked to clap, wave their hands and dance along with him and his dancers. His shows are full of energy, eclectic costumes, dance routines and interesting backdrops. He experienced success with hit singles in the 1990s such as "Somebody Dance With Me" and "Love is All Around" as well as "Chihuahua" in 2002. He still produces and performs and his most recent single to achieve success was "Superstar" in 2010. DJ Bobo will continue performing his unique electronic dance as long as fans enjoy his energy and theatrical concerts.
