Liverpudlian group Echo and the Bunnymen first formed back in 1978, and released their debut album, Crocodiles, two years later in 1980, winning them critical acclaim and chart success.

Their subsequent albums Heaven Up Here and Porcupine also brought them new fans (as well as a lot of publicity in the music press).Sadly, their drummer Pete de Freitas was killed in a motorcycle accident in 1989, and the group reformed with a new lineup - but failed to win over the critics, and the band split in 1993.The band continued along a solo-path until 2008 when they announced a new album to coincide with a concert at the Royal Albert Hall that year. The following year the band toured playing their first two albums. With a new album released in May 2014, they come back to venues across the UK, which will delight their steadfast fans.
