"Ladyhawke" has announced a tour of the UK, scheduled to kick off this April. The tour will see the singer hit the circuit in support of her upcoming album "Anxiety", which is expected drop March 19th.
The one piece multi-instrumentalist has achieved considerable success in recent years, particularly with her singles "Paris is Burning", "Dusk Till Dawn' and "My Delirium", which have achieved worldwide airplay, and have gone on to cement "Ladyhawke" as one the most important, and vital indie acts around.
The new "Ladyhawke" album, due for release mid-march, will see the singer take a much more rock orientated approach. According to "Ladyhawke" herself, the album will be quite a departure from her previous work, describing "Anxiety" as "a lot darker" and "guitar driven". Audience members can expect to catch select cuts from the record on the upcoming tour, as well as fan favourites from her debut release, the self titled - "Ladyhawke".
The tour will begin in Brighton on the 23rd of April, and will conclude with a headlining gig at the Shepherds Bush Empire, London, on May 11th.
