Orbital Tickets

Sevenoaks electronic veterans "Orbital" are currently putting the finishing touches to their brand new studio album, the first since their 2004 release of the "Blue Album", and the first since their self imposed, and apparently indefinite hiatus. To celebrate the release of the forthcoming album, the electro duo are preparing to embark on a 6 stop tour of the UK, starting this April.

"Orbital" shot to fame in the late 80's and early 90's with a succession of top 40 singles, at the height of the British 'rave scene'. Their success continued right through to 2004, when the band announced that they were putting "Orbital" on ice, for an indefinite period of time, to focus on other projects.

"Orbital" have released a new track from their forthcoming album - "Never", which is available for free from the bands official website. A release date for the upcoming album has yet to be announced, but the smart money in on a release sometime this summer.

The "Orbital" tour kicks off at the Manchester Academy on April 5th and will see the duo play to fans in Leeds, Liverpool, Cambridge, Glasgow and finally, London, on the 10th of April.
