The programme is intended for absolute beginners and classes will be led by a professional Tai Chi instructor with over 20 years' teaching experience.
You will be introduced to the history, principles and practice of traditional Chen style Tai Chi and a start will be made on the Form; a set sequence of moves which have to be memorised.
You will need to enrol in advance, and a detailed information pack is available on request through the Berkshire Tai Chi website.
