Beginners Introduction to Chen style Tai Chi Chuan Sports

A 7-week introduction to the original style of Tai Chi Chuan for those with no previous experience.

Participants will learn about the history and principles of Tai Chi Chuan and make a start on the First Form; a set sequence of moves which have to be memorised in order to develop posture, structure, co-ordination and relaxation.

Teaching will use a combination of approaches including short talks, demonstrations, group practice and, occasionally, partner work. All sessions are led by a professional Tai Chi instructor with over 20 years’ teaching experience.

You will need to enrol in advance, so please contact Berkshire Tai Chi in the first instance for further details.
