A 7-week Introduction to Chen style Tai Chi for those with no previous experience.
Participants will be introduced to the history and principles of Tai Chi and will make a start on the original First Form (Laojia Yilu).
Classes are suitable for a wide range of ages and fitness levels and will be led by a professional instructor with over 20 years’ teaching experience.
