Social History talk about Edwardians and transport - with tea and cake.
Mike will paint a colourful account of how the Edwardians got around in those halcyon days before the First World War. Illustrated in colour from old postcards, GWR posters and paintings ranging from transatlantic travel to commuting, pleasure jaunts and vacations. One not to be missed! This is the second in a series of five talks around the theme of 'All the Fun of the Fair' organised by Berkshire Family History Society in quarter one of 2018. You may purchase tickets for any of the five talks individually or buy a multi-event ticket for all five for a reduced price.WebsiteVisit website
