Level 42 could have called it a day in 2010 following their successful 30th anniversary tour, but true to form, Mark King's thumping bass refuses to quit as the legendary British band announce a tour of the UK in October. Apart from a 7 year break, between 1994 and 2001, the band have not stopped touring, and even during that hiatus, front man King didn't rest on his laurels, producing and touring his second solo album One Man. Known for their virtuoso musicianship, the bands live performances are legendary, and Mark King, who is the pumping heart of Level 42, is a bass playing legend, whose slap and pop technique has won him an army of fans and inspired countless musicians. The bands live show spans 30 years of hits, from the heavy funk of instrumentals like Mr Pink to their worldwide pop hits of the 80's, such as Lessons In Love and Something About You. In a word - Legendary!
