An 8-week Introduction to Tai Chi programme for complete Beginners.
It will introduce participants to the origins, principles, and practice of traditional Chen style Tai Chi; the original family style developed some 350 years ago. All sessions will be led by a professional instructor with over 20 years teaching experience.
To join the classes it is necessary to enrol in advance. Full details are available from Berkshire Tai Chi who can be contacted through the website shown.
