Conquer the Chilterns Triathlon Sports

Take part in the Chilterns Triathlon, in the heart of the Thames Valley and only an hour from London.

Based around the grounds of the Hambleden Private Estate and surrounding area.

The Chilterns Triathlon has both a Middle Distance Triathlon, Sprint + Triathlon (Longer Bike Section- 30km) & an Olympic + Triathlon (Longer Bike Section - 55km)

All of these events use some of the roads from the old Challenge Henley Triathlon Course.

The Swim takes place in the river Thames and navigates the world famous Henley Royal Regatta and Temple Island meadows island.

The Bike is a 2 lap course that is a rolling course with one large climb per lap. Anytime lost going up will certainly be made going back down the Stonor Valley, which stretches for nearly 5 miles directly into Henley.

The Run course will be an undulating climb pushing your legs to the test in the final section of the event.

We are very luck to be given exclusive access to Culden Private Estate.

Relax and take in the breath taking scenery and landscape within the Private Estate of Culden Faw known as the Hambleden Estate.

Culden Faw was formed by the amalgamation of Culham Estate, Hambleden Estate and the deer park at Henley Park, Fawley. The Estate comprises some 3500 acres of mature beech woods, rolling pastures, parkland and unspoilt chalk valleys. Its impressive history is documented back as far as the Doomsday Book.

Today, the Estate is run on a commercial basis with an impressive property portfolio, land and farming interests, a forestry business, sporting activities as well as events.

In addition, the Estate owns both Hambleden Village Stores and the Stag and Huntsman Inn in the village of Hambleden.
