Rock Choir Comes To Beaconsfield: No audition or requirement to read music, come and sing pop, Motown, gospel and rock music. Members attend weekly choir rehearsals with optional performances. Rock Choir offers feel good and upbeat singing! to all. Make new friends and learn new skills. Described by the media as 'the people's choir' and a 'national phenomenon', be part of something amazing!. Rock Choir now has around 4,000 members across the country and is coming to Beaconsfield in September 2010!
Some of our members have never sung in public before, but Rock Choir is a way to find confidence and well being. Take as much or as little as you wish from your Rock Choir experience, ranging from the weekly rehearsals, right up to being part of festivals, tours, local performances and big Rock Choir events where we all meet up and have one big sing!
Katy Seath will be the choir leader for Beaconsfield, already running choirs with members in High Wycombe, Gerrards Cross and Chiswick.
She says, 'We have had a great response in the Buckinghmshire area and I can't wait to meet all the new members in Beaconsfield! We are already planning ahead for our Christmas performance'
Each term is 10 weeks.
