Sound can take you from a state of stress, anxiety and fatigue to one of relaxation and inner peace. You are invited to let go of old thought patterns and habits that no longer serve you and end your journey feeling recharged and rejuvenated.
What to Bring
Bring something comfortable to lie on, a pillow and a cosy blanket to cover yourself with. If you prefer to sit, you would be welcome to do so. Bring a bottle of water with you too.
What to Do
Just make yourself comfortable and allow the sound to guide you on your journey. No previous experience is necessary.
Arrive 7.45pm for 8pm start.
