Conquer The Chilterns Sports

Take part in the inaugural Chilterns Triathlon, in the heart of the Thames Valley and only an hour from London.

This is one of the most scenic triathlons in the country around the Chiltern Valley and on the banks of the River Thames New to this September, come and celebrate a multitude of activities that combine the Henley Festival of sport.

Based around the grounds of the Hambleden Private Estate and surrounding area.

The Chilterns Triathlon has both a Half Iron Distance Triathlon, Sprint + Triathlon (Longer Bike Section than standard 30km), plus an Olympic + Triathlon (Longer Bike Section than standard 60km)

All of these events use some of the roads from the old Challenge Henley Triathlon Course.

The Swim takes place in the river Thames and navigates the world famous Henley Royal Regatta and Temple Island meadows island.

The Bike is a multi lap course that is a rolling course with one large climb per lap. Anytime lost going up will certainly be made going back down the Stonor Valley, which stretches for nearly 5 miles directly into Henley.

The Run course will be an undulating climb pushing your legs to the test in the final section of the event.

We are very luck to be given exclusive access to Culden Private Estate.

Relax and take in the breath taking scenery and landscape within the Private Estate of Culden Faw known as the Hambleden Estate.

Culden Faw was formed by the amalgamation of Culham Estate, Hambleden Estate and the deer park at Henley Park, Fawley. The Estate comprises some 3500 acres of mature beech woods, rolling pastures, parkland and unspoilt chalk valleys. Its impressive history is documented back as far as the Doomsday Book.
