A friendly, informal and wine tasting journey sampling at least 13 wines from around the world - no previous experience necessary!We'll start with Champagne and show you how to open the bottle in spectacular style using a sword (it's called sabrage)!
At Cambridge Wine School we host our Saturday Wine Courses in the beautiful surrounds of Gonville & Caius college. It's one of the oldest university colleges in Cambridge (founded in 1348) and Professor Stephen Hawking is a fellow.
Half way through the day we'll take a break from sampling and learning about wine to enjoy a delicious two-course lunch.
COURSE OUTLINE
