Taste and learn about 13 wines including Champagne and a delicious two-course lunch.
We'll start with Champagne and show you how to open the bottle in spectacular style using a sword (it's called sabrage).
At Cambridge Wine School we host our Saturday Wine Courses in the beautiful surrounds of Gonville and Caius college, one of the oldest university colleges in Cambridge. Founded in 1348, it's the one where Professor Stephen Hawking is a fellow.
Half way through the day we'll take a break from the hard work of wine tasting to enjoy a delicious two-course lunch.
