British F3 and GT Championships

British F3 and GT Championships: The British F3 and GT season starts at Oulton Park, where F1 stars of the future and powerful supercars look to get their year off to the best possible start!

There will be three races for the Cooper Tires British Formula 3 series on the Saturday, and last year's round saw wins for Lucas Foresti, Riki Christodoulou and eventual champion Felipe Nasr. F3 is a known proving ground for up and coming F1 talent, with notable graduates including Emerson Fittipaldi, Ayrton Senna, Mika Hakkinen and Jenson Button.

Two one-hour contests for the British GT Championship will also take place in Cheshire on Saturday and Monday, which will see marques such as Ferrari, Aston Martin and Mercedes go head to head. A full line up of support races will also feature including British Formula Ford, the Ginetta Challenge, the F3 Cup Championship and the VW Racing Cup.
