The Damned: British punk rock group The Damned formed in 1976 in London, and are one of the forerunners of the gothic genre, bringing rock, garage rock, cabaret and psychadelic styles into both their music and their image.
Their current lineup include Vanian, Captain Sensible, Monty Oxy Moron, Pinch and Stu West.
Having made a recent comeback, The Damned have performed at several festivals in 2011, including The Bulldog Bash, Rebellion Festival and Whitby Gothic Festival.
