Trevarno Museum of Gardening: Do not miss a visit to the historic Trevarno Estate where you can explore the magnificent gardens, grounds and Woodland walks which date back to 1246.

Enjoy the abundant wildlife, follow the progress of major restoration projects and visit the remarkable National Museum of Gardening. Learn about Trevarno's unique handmade organic skincare and soap products and don't forget the fascinating vintage Soap Museum, Honey Bee Information Centre and nostalgic vintage Toy Museum (small additional charge). Be sure to leave time for homemade refreshments in the sub tropical fountain Garden Conservatory and a visit to the Plant Sales area and shop with a unique range of Trevarno gifts.

Housed in original Carriage House and is believed to be largest and most comprehensive collection of garden tools and memorabilia in country. However the collection is growing so quickly that a new building is being designed.

Exhibits date from early 1800's, also collection of children's Victorian wheelbarrows, tools and miniature garden accessories. Rare enamel signs advertising seedsmen and garden related posters. Original prices displayed where known. 17 th C first purpose made tools for the garden, often by blacksmiths and rural craftsmen.
