It truly is an incredible experience to greet the sunrise or walk the stunning coastal paths of Cornwall. Expect days full of activities to inspire you and fall in love with our incredible coastline.
 
PRICE:
£599 per person (in their own private, en-suite room).
Price includes accommodation in a lodge/budget hotel and all food (breakfast, lunch, evening meal) plus Daily Yoga Classes and Daily Guided Coastal Walks.
Bedrooms are single rooms (for individuals).

ACCOMMODATION:
This retreat is held in a surf lodge style budget hotel called Ocean Surf Lodge in the heart of Newquay, Cornwall. Rooms are all private, en-suite (with shower room) and feature surf style decor and accessories - rooms are basic but centrally heated, cosy and carpeted or feature wooden/vinyl flooring.
There is an on-site bar which is intimate and cozy and perfect for relaxing in after a long walk (there is also free unlimited WI-FI). The lodge itself is located just a 4 minute walk the beaches and town centre and it also features free guest parking.
 
FOOD:
The focus is on healthy, hearty dishes that will nourish the mind, body and soul. Wherever possible, Zesty Breaks use organic, fresh and local producers. Unlimited fresh fruit and a fine selection of teas and coffees are available through out the day. Meals are in an intimate group setting (group dining table) with a nightly set dinner menu. Every morning at breakfast, a wide selection of nutrient dense fresh juices and smoothies are available.
All dietary requirements can be catered for.
