Photograph many of our native species of wildlife in natural surroundings. A fantastic event for lovers of wildlife photography. The larger mammals reside in beautifully landscaped enclosures which we are privileged to enter. The enclosures have been designed for photography and are ideal for capturing images of many of our native species in natural surroundings.
This private collection was featured in the BBC series The Burrowers and as well as providing lovely encounters with larger species such as Red Fox, European Otter, Wild Boar and Scottish Wildcat, we will also spend time with the Centres smaller residents including Water Vole, Weasel and Harvest Mouse. A large undercover area (useful if the weather is unkind!) with plenty of natural light provides us with a superb environment to photograph Harvest Mice and Water Voles. There are also a number of smaller enclosures providing a natural habitat for several species, some of which we can enter and others which have large drop down panels for positioning our cameras.
This workshop is designed to improve your wildlife photography, provide many opportunities to capture images of our native species which are often difficult to see in the wild, as well as learning more about British Wildlife.
