Al Murray: Born Alastair James Hay in 1968, Al Murray was voted no.16 in Channel 4's 100 Greatest Stand-Up Comedians in 2007.

He is probably best known for his 'Pub Landlord' routine which sees him take on the persona of a xenophobic yet opinionated English publican.

In 2009 he was the headline act on Michael McIntyre's Comedy Road show and hosted BBC1's Live at the Apollo.

He has also toured with Frank Skinner and Harry Hill and is listed as one of the 50 funniest acts in British comedy.

Al Murray: Al Murray will appear live at Plymouth Pavilion in Plymouth, Devon on the 20 Nov 10.
