The Phantom of the Opera: There is a Phantom beneath the splendor and majesty of the Paris Opera House.

He lives a shadow existence.

His love for Christine Daaé is strong enough that she cannot resist it.

The Phantom is feared by all, too.

His physical appearance is a shame for him.

This is a short synopsis of this work.

This musical was opened to the public in 1986 at Her Majesty's Theatre.

Sarah Brightman and Michael Crawford played the leading notes.

Since then, the world has seen dozens of productions.

The workis celebrating its 25th anniversary.

This record-breaking year is something to remember. Her Majesty's Theatre, located in West End, London, is the place to go if you want to see a remarkable performance.

You will enjoy its awesome scenery, mesmerizing special effects, and breathtaking score.

This combination brings the story to life.

One remarkable thing that is good to recall is that it is the most successful music production of all time in any media.

It has been successful all over the globe.

Andrew Lloyd Webber is the creator of the most successful musical version of this work in the world. More than 130 million people have seen it and it has amassed $5.6 billion in revenue.

This show has won a lot of theatre awards, including seven Tony Awards, three Olivier Awards, and seven Drama Desk Awards.

These are the performance times: 7:30pm evenings Monday – Saturday, and 2:30pm matinees on Thursday & Saturday.

This work can be seen by people of all ages.

Her Majesty's Theatre is the theatre currently hosting the show.

Peter Jöback is the Phantom, Sofia Escobar is Christine, Killian Donnelly is Raoul, Vicomte de Chagny and Katy Treharne play Christine Daaé in certain performances, Wendy Ferguson plays Carlotta Giudicelli, and Barry James plays Monsieur Firmin.

The Phantom of the Opera: Cameron Mackintosh's spectacular new production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's phenomenal musical success The Phantom of the Opera will be unveiled at the Theatre Royal Plymouth in February 2012 ahead of a national tour.
