The Eclogue for piano and strings by Finzi, Blest Pair of Sirens by Hubert Parry and the deep and rich Five Spirituals from ‘A Child of our Time’ by Michael Tippett complete our concert programme. An evening of unforgettable music, sparkling with inventiveness and celebration.Performed by the Nottingham Festival Chorus and Nottingham Concert Orchestra with soloist Richard Cox and conducted by Angela Kay and Rachel Parkes.
