Enjoy a family class of yoga with local teacher Jane Bailey.
Everyone can enjoy yoga, regardless of experience or flexibility. You’ll discover many benefits as it improves physical flexibility, strength, posture and balance. It also eases the aches and strains from activity such as cycling and walking, and can have an overall mind boosting effect.
Led by local teacher, Jane Bailey, join this week’s one hour family ‘drop in’ yoga class here on the Bowling Green. Weather permitting; the class will be an informal fun family shared yoga experience to include adults and children. Suitable for all ages and through a fun partner orientated class, siblings and parents can do yoga together.
With no need to book in advance, you simply turn up with an exercise mat and plenty of enthusiasm and enjoy the glorious backdrop of Drumlanrig Castle
This special family class starts at 9.45am. Cost is £5 per family. This allows access to the Estate for a total of two hours, with no standard Estate entry fee on top. So why not take some well-earned, post-yoga refreshments in our Tearoom afterwards?
