Introduction to Reflexology 1 Day Workshop: An informal 1 day workshop for absolute beginners in Reflexology to learn how they may map the parts of the body to reflexes in the feet. Students will look at the origins of the therapy and how to use it safely within their own homes on friends or family. There is plenty of practical hands-on teaching to enable students to carry out a simple short introductory session on reflexes for the spine, neck and shoulders and to relax the whole body via the feet.
Handouts/workbook and certificate of attendance awarded. Bring your own lunch - drinks provided.
The course is run by a qualified tutor who has over 12 years of experience as a therapist and 7 years as a trainer in complementary therapies.
