Native American Dream Catcher Workshop

Links Eternal, Saturday, 18 February 2012

18 FEB

Native American Dream Catcher Workshop: The Dream Catcher has been a part of the Native American culture for centuries. The traditional dream catcher was intended to catch bad/negative dreams and only let the good dreams through the center to then glide down the feathers to the sleeping person below. The bad/negative dreams would then evaporate from the dream catcher when the first rays of the morning sun strikes the dream catcher.

We are holding a 4 hour workshop to enable you to make your own dream catcher using the Native American traditions.

All materials will be supplied to make 1 Dream Catcher

Hoops-Leather-Suede-Sinew-Feathers-Beads

At the end of the workshop each dream catcher will be blessed in the Native American way.

This is a fun filled creative craft day and full illustrated guides to help you will be available.
