And it is YOUR chance to give something back to St Clare, whilst getting yourself fit and healthy.After a festive over-indulgence which lasted for the whole month of December (“oh, go on, one more mince pie won’t hurt” - sound familiar?), how about giving your body a rest, and your local hospice a helping hand, by having a whole month without alcohol?JanuDry is about abstaining from social drinking (and socialising sober - because your friends are funny even without alcohol) for the whole 31 days of January. Then simply donate the money you have saved in not drinking alcohol, to St Clare.
