Tibetan Buddhism Dzogchen Rinpoche: Empowerment & Teaching
How to Recognise and Overcome Hope and Fear
In Tibetan Buddhism hope and fear are regarded as internal enemies which prevent us from resting our mind. Based in attachment, one of the three poisons, they are like thieves that deceive us and steal our inner peace. Unable to satisfy our desires, we are like fish drawn to the bait on a fishermans hook. Only when we recognise and overcome our hope and fear, can we truly rest. During this teaching Dzogchen Rinpoche will explain how we
can realise this stability within ourselves.
