The Art of Style Lifestyle

Centrale and Whitgift, Croydon’s leading retail destination, will host a brand-new fashion and beauty event, The Art of Style.

The three-day event, from 4th to 6th May, will be centred on four of the hottest spring fashion trends, displayed as works of art: playful pastels, mad about plaid, dark denim and floral fantasy. Professional stylists will be on hand to talk shoppers through the new trends. Each trend will be brought to life with eye-catching sculptures and live pop-up catwalks featuring outfits from leading retailers in both centres.

For those more interested in make-up, there will be professional make-up artists to help shoppers perfect the ultimate beauty looks with focus on lips, eyes and brows.

Shoppers are invited to use the Style Seeker feature on the Centrale PLUS app. Snap the trend sculptures, search for outfits and shop the looks, all available in Centrale and Whitgift. Download the Centrale PLUS app for exclusive offers and a chance to win a £500 Centrale and Whitgift Gift Card.

David Ordman, General Manager at Centrale, commented: “We are looking forward to introducing our shoppers to the latest fashion and beauty trends through an exciting live event. Presenting the styles as works of art will give shoppers a brand-new way of looking at and enjoying fashion and beauty. We hope to inspire shoppers and offer fantastic advice when it comes to keeping up with the latest trends.”
