An afternoon of live jazz and fun to help The Amber Trust raise money for blind children with a talent or love for music
It believes that visual impairment and other disabilities should not prevent children and young people accessing appropriate musical opportunities. All the money raised from the concert will help The Amber Trust to support blind and partially sighted children through providing grants for music lessons, music therapy, instruments, equipment and concert tickets. The Derek Paravicini Quartet is the new must-hear jazz group. 4 stunningly talented young musicians: Derek Paravicini - piano, Hannah Davey - vocals, Ben Holder - violin and Ollie Howells - percussion combine to create a unique sound, portraying a kaleidoscope of emotions. Joined by 3 amazingly gifted visually impaired young musicians Amber supports: Mahalia Creft - violin, Anna Foo - flute and Ashleigh Turley - piano and by Poppy McGhee a talented 11 year old violinist who has raised money for Amber since she was six.WebsiteVisit website
