The Yogathon Challenge is to complete a few rounds of Sun Salutations! They are a series of 12 powerful Yoga postures that rejuvenate the body, mind, and spiritThe Sun Salutations is a wholesome workout that helps develop the physique, muscle strength, and reflexesResearch suggests that it is one of the best things you can do for the mind as wellThe well-known benefits include improved concentration and confidence, and also lowered stress and anxiety
