In 2023 they are bringing to Solihull, arguably Stephen Sondheim greatest masterpiece.
It takes everyone's favourite storybook characters and brings them together in this enchanting, multi-award winning, timeless, yet relevant, piece of rare modern classic musical theatre, that absolutely has to be seen.
The story follows a Baker and his wife, who wish to have a child; Cinderella, who wishes to attend the King's Festival; Jack, who wishes his cow would give milk; Rapunzel, who wishes to escape the confines of her life; and Little Red Riding Hood who wishes there were less wolves and more cake in the World (well who doesn't?).
When the Baker and his wife learn that they cannot have a child because of a Witch's curse, they set off on a journey to break the curse. Everyone's wish gets granted, but at what cost, as we see the consequences of their actions unravel in the AFTER "happily ever after".
Into the Woods is a musically magical show with many laughs, gasps, melancholy moments and life lessons along the way and with the creative team from the 2021 hit "Rent" driving its creation, you can be assured of another "unforgettable musical theatre experience".
Featuring amazing projections, a stunning set and costumes, a live 7 piece orchestra and an immersive soundscape - our 17 piece cast will bring the musical to life in a production not to be missed.
