This October health and wellbeing events company, CoreFitFest, will be hosting a live, high-intensity workout event at the iconic Royal Fest
CoreFitFest LIVE! will bring together six of London’s premier brands for a day of fitness and well-being on Saturday 28 October 2017 from 9.30am until 4 pm.There are six 50 minute workout sessions throughout the day plus talks, health checks, and massages.
Coupled with views of the London skyline as your back drop, the day promises to be an experience. Fitness fans can either buy a single ticket for the class of their choice or an all day pass.
Exhibitors include:
Areolatino - fun-filled aerobic classes that use a variety of Latin dance rhythms and styles.
Beachbody - Will be bringing mixed martial arts Core de Force, Turbo kick and dance workout, Cize Live, to the event.
Talks from lifestyle and empowerment coaches Sonia Greyson-Newman and Dean Johnson.
Serece-Fit's Soul'n'Stretch - a core body workout to an upbeat soundtrack with more to be announced
